Home of Drums at Musikmesse 2020

The international drumming scene has a new meeting place: the ‘Home of Drums’ will be celebrating its launch at the Frankfurt Fair and Exhibition Centre on Musikmesse’s public open days (3 and 4 April 2020). The event combines product demonstrations by top brands, knowledge transfer and performances by international artists. The presence of the first artists to sign up has already been confirmed. They will be there to perform live on some of the drum sets and to pass on their expertise to the drumming community at large – both at the show and on the accompanying online platform, www.homeofdrums.com.

Sabian Crescent Stanton Moore Signature

Il precedente set di piatti di Stanton Moore è stato realizzato dalla Bosphorus, nota azienda turca produttrice di piatti professionali e disegnati direttamente da Stanton. In seguito, insieme ai batteristi Jeff Hamilton, Michael Vosbein e Bill Norman, fu fondata la Crescent per continuare a fabbricare piatti a Istanbul. Nel 2015 Andy Zildjian della Sabian si offrì di acquistare Crescent e da allora i piatti Crescent fanno parte dal famoso catalogo Sabian Vault in Canada.
Oggi il set aggiornato di Stanton Moore trae vantaggio dagli alti standard qualitativi applicati nella produzione dei piatti Sabian e dalla maggiore influenza e distribuzione sul mercato grazie ad una fitta rete di venditori.

Gretsch ha ristretto il suo famoso drum set Brooklyn, ampiamente aprezzato dai batteristi, per creare il nuovo Brooklyn Micro con un ingombro ridotto ed una suonabilità invariata.

Gretsch ha configurato il Micro Brooklyn Drumset a 4 pezzi per piccoli spazi, studi e piccoli luoghi dove potersi esercitare. È ovvio che qualsiasi batterista di bassa statura troverà questo set molto comodo, ma anche per i più alti il kit non è per nulla scomodo.
