Designed in conjunction with percussionist, producer and mutli-instrumentalist Tony Succar, the sleek, modern Tony Succar Signature “Unity” Cajón features a solid pine body and a cedar soundboard embellished with Succar’s signature “Unity” graphic. Crafted in Tony’s homeland of Peru, which is considered to be the birthplace of the cajón, this all-new model has no interior snares wires, or strings so it delivers the distinctively crisp, punchy sound associated with traditional “Peruvian-style” cajóns.

Producer, multi-instrumentalist, and composer/arranger Tony Succar was born in Lima, Peru and raised in Miami Florida, Succar’s has worked with an impressive array of talented artists including Tito Nieves, India, Jon Secada, Marc Anthony, Sheila E., Arturo Sandoval, Judith Hill, and Obie Bermudez, among others. Succar’s most recent album, UNITY: The Latin Tribute to Michael Jackson reached Billboard’s #1 Tropical Album Music Chart, iTunes’ #1 World Latin Chart, and Amazon’s #1 Latin Pop Music chart and evolved into a nationally televised primetime PBS special that kicked off the PBS Fall Arts Festival.
