Used by many top drummers, the Porter & Davies personal drum monitoring systems convert signals from the bass drum microphone or electronic drum kit into a physical pulse that is communicated to the players’ body via a modified drum throne. The transmission is transferred by Bone Conduction (BC), which means the drummer feels and hears the sound internally instead of just relying on conventional audio methods. These revolutionary products will be at the Musikmesse for the first time in 2013.
